Duty Free Americas is seeking a Payroll Manager for an on-site role in Torrance, CA. You will oversee payroll processing, payroll accounting, and HRIS operations to support regional objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.

As a senior leader, you will manage the Payroll and HR Shared Services team, coordinate with U.S. Division HR and Corporate functions, and drive process improvements across payroll and related systems. Strong analytics and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Strong accounting background required.
• 5+ years payroll and HR experience.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pay data, payroll processing, payroll accounting, and reconciliation.
• Ensure policies meet governmental and audit requirements.
• Oversee team workload, productivity and training for back-up coverage.
• Coordinate payroll interfaces between HR, timekeeping, payroll systems and General Ledger.
• Interface with third-party vendors and external auditors during year-end and audits.
