The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, analytical manager with strong collaboration skills, able to partner with Finance, HRIS, and IT to optimize processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits, payroll, total rewards, or related HR leadership functions.
• Experience with payroll operations for a multi-state workforce.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, deadline-oriented and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll administration for a multi-state workforce ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance and exceptional service.
• Develop and audit payroll controls, processes, and regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local levels.
• Collaborate with Finance and HRIS/IT to optimize payroll reporting, reconciliations, and integrations.
