Job summary

You will review bi‑weekly and off‑cycle payroll, coordinate with ADP, HR, and Accounting, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience with processing, accounting, reconciliations.
• Experience with ADP and multi‑state payroll required.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bi‑weekly payroll processing and off‑cycle payments via ADP.
• Review timecards, resolve discrepancies, ensure timely corrections.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll GL accounts.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for stakeholders.
• Support audits and maintain payroll compliance processes.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting and external providers as needed.
