Job summary

Jobgether is hiring for a technical partner engineer focused on payroll integrations and HRIS connectivity. You will own monitoring, troubleshooting, and validation for complex enterprise integrations, working with customers and partners to ensure reliable launches and ongoing success.

You will serve as the technical lead, coordinating with engineering and enterprise teams, documenting solutions, and driving improvements to reduce manual work and increase system reliability across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of APIs and ability to troubleshoot failures and diagnose integration problems.
• Experience managing complex technical challenges with multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong ownership mentality, technical judgment, and ability to prioritize issues and drive resolution.
• Experience developing repeatable operational processes, documentation, and monitoring practices for reliability.
• Analytical, proactive in identifying risks and implementing improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, enterprise clients, and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of payroll and HRIS integration health by monitoring connections and ensuring reliable performance for customers.
• Lead technical validation and testing with enterprise customers to ensure successful implementations.
• Serve as technical point of contact for customers and internal teams on API capabilities and system limitations.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues with customers, third-party partners, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain scalable operational processes, runbooks, and monitoring practices.
• Identify recurring technical challenges and recommend improvements to strengthen experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions and product improvements.
• Build repeatable approaches to integration management to reduce manual intervention and support growth.
