Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrations Operations to lead payroll connection and integration teams, overseeing 2 Payroll Connection Managers and cross-functional partners. You will translate strategy into execution, drive payroll connectivity velocity, and scale operations while maintaining compliance in a regulated fintech environment.

You’ll mentor leaders, optimize workflows, and partner with Sales Activation, Product, Engineering, and CS to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational management experience in financial services, fintech, 401(k) retirement services, or SaaS.
• 2+ years of prior People Managers/Leaders management.
• Deep knowledge of payroll integration (APIs, SFTP, file feeds) and transaction lifecycles.
• Strong data-driven decision making and governance experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 2 Payroll Connection Managers and their teams to meet KPIs.
• Translate strategy into actionable operations plans for complex money movement and payroll flows.
• Manage escalations with external payroll providers and technology partners.
• Own high-level metrics for SLA, quality, accuracy, and cycle times.
• Partner with Sales Activation, Product, Engineering, CS to influence roadmaps and enable changes.
• Identify operational risks and maintain a rigorous control environment.
• Lead root-cause analyses of escalations and implement long-term fixes.
• Drive automation and process standardization to reduce touchpoints and lean footprint.
• Deliver concise executive reporting on operations and performance.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
