Job summary

TridentCare is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to oversee multi-state payroll processing in Horsham, PA. You will analyze earnings, deductions, and taxes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while guiding payroll-related issues.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in accounting, finance, HR, business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive multi-state payroll experience.
Experience with payroll systems, preferably UKG Payroll/Dimensions.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage-hour rules, garnishments, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Administer and oversee accurate, timely multi-state payroll processing.
Analyze payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and records for compliance.
Interpret payroll laws and provide guidance on payroll compliance matters.
Serve as a primary resource for complex payroll issues and escalations.
Review and approve payroll adjustments, off-cycle payments, terminations, and special transactions.
Monitor controls and identify risk, proposing corrective actions.
Participate in year-end payroll activities including W-2 processing and tax reconciliations.
