Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro (UltiPro) payroll processing and reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, garnishments, deductions, and wage and hour compliance.
• CPP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, biweekly, and off-cycle payrolls using UKG Pro.
• Audit payroll transactions and benefits changes for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform payroll balancing and reconciliation before/after each cycle.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
