This role requires a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, particularly in a multi-state environment, along with strong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in UKG Ready and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to partner closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state, multi-entity environment.
• Proven experience owning full-cycle payroll processing.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Extensive, hands-on proficiency with UKG Ready.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own and process weekly payroll for multiple business units across U.S. states.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and payroll tax regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with HR to validate payroll-impacting transactions.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
