Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll data and timesheets accurately.
• Verify hours and payments through payroll system.
• Issue deductions, earnings, and statements to employees; update payroll records regularly.
• Enter and maintain payroll information in the system (rates, hours, deductions, addresses).
• Reconcile payroll to general ledger and monthly bank statements.
• Handle payroll tax deposits and direct deposits for errors or final discharge.
