Lydia Home Association is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage employee payroll data, time sheets, and deductions. You will verify hours, process payments, and update payroll records using the payroll system.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, at least 5 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Paylocity and multistate payroll experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Multistate payroll experience required.
• Above average ability to navigate computers and learn database software quickly.
• Knowledge of Paylocity required.
• Must be willing and able to support the mission of Lydia Home Association.

Responsibilities

• Enters, maintains, and processes information in the payroll system (hourly rates, salaries, bonuses, etc.).
• Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
• Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements.
• Issues checks or direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge.
• Records and processes federal and state payroll tax deposits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
