Job summary

HBC Management Services, a Hana Company, seeks a Payroll Specialist to lead payroll operations for 1200+ employees across multiple states. You will assist the Payroll Manager with bi-weekly and off-cycle processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of pay.

Strong customer service and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment. Experience with Paylocity Web Pay, time and labor, and collective bargaining agreements is highly desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience processing full-cycle payroll
• Associate's degree in a relevant field
• Experience processing bi-weekly payrolls with 1000+ employees
• Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Prior experience with Paylocity Web Pay and Time and Labor is desired

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll for 1200+ employees across multiple states
• Ensure compliance with IRS, DOL FLSA, SCA and union contracts
• Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Manage timekeeping and timesheet approvals
• Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, and wage updates
• Provide excellent payroll customer service and support
