Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and wage/hour laws.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, UKG).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and review end-to-end payroll cycles across multiple states.
• Manage wage garnishments and set up deductions in payroll system.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations to ensure data integrity and timely payroll adjustments.
