Job summary

TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Payments Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be a quota-carrying seller who is already an expert in payments, focusing on converting an established book of existing TSD customers to our platform, then expanding to unattached TSD customers and sourcing net-new merchants through our partner ecosystem.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, working with pricing to compare

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of quota-carrying sales in merchant acquiring, embedded platform payments, or payments infrastructure.
• Expert payments fluency: interchange, scheme fees, IC+ vs. blended, revenue-share models, bps and effective-rate math.
• Comfortable analyzing merchant processing statements.
• Knowledge of deal constraints (devices, geographies, currencies).
• Proficient with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to automate daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Convert existing TSD customer book from legacy processors to TSD's platform and expand to unattached customers.
• Source net-new merchants through partner ecosystem and drive pipeline with accurate forecasts.
