Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to own and actively manage a portfolio of Large Cap GIS clients in New York.

You will build relationships with treasury and finance executives, understand payments, liquidity, and working-capital priorities, and identify opportunities across Treasury Management, Commercial Card, Merchant, and related services. Collaborate with senior sales consultants, develop a qualified pipeline, and coordinate with product, implementation, and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of treasury management services, liquidity, payments, and merchant services.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage an assigned portfolio of Large Cap GIS clients.
• Develop relationships with treasury and finance executives and understand payments, liquidity, and working-capital priorities.
• Identify opportunities across Treasury Management, Commercial Card, Merchant, Liquidity, FX, and broader payments capabilities.
• Build qualified pipeline and drive opportunities from identification through execution.
• Partner with Senior Payment Sales Consultants on larger and more complex client opportunities.
• Maintain coordinated client plans with Relationship Managers, including wallet opportunity, priorities, competitive position, and next actions.
• Coordinate product, implementation, and service partners to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Develop toward increasing responsibility for larger and more complex Large Cap GIS relationships.
