U.S. Bank seeks a Senior Payments & Treasury Management expert to lead end-to-end delivery of treasury and payment solutions, advising clients and Relationship Managers, and driving revenue growth across receivables, payables, liquidity, merchant services, and trade solutions.

Lead strategic discovery, translate needs into integrated client-centric solutions, and coordinate pricing with product and finance teams. The role features a hybrid schedule with in-office days and flexible locations.

• Broad knowledge of banking products across treasury, payments, deposits, and commercial banking.

• Exceptional written communication and client-facing advisory skills.
• Deep treasury management expertise spanning liquidity, receivables, payments, and merchant services.
• Trusted advisor for translating complex business challenges into innovative payment and treasury strategies.
• Identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and optimize client working capital.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-over-year revenue growth, expand relationships, and minimize attrition through proactive account planning and executive multi-threading.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs across liquidity, investments, receivables, payments, merchant services, and trade domains.
• Translate needs into integrated, client-centric solutions with product specialists and implementation teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy and ensure clear client messaging.
• Structure and lead client discussions aligned with business priorities and payment trends.
• Use tools like Deepening Dashboards and Salesforce to track engagement, pipeline, and solution design stages.
• Coordinate with ICG RMs for seamless handoffs and visibility throughout the sales cycle.
• Prioritize payment opportunities within portfolios and provide insights on segmentation and product fit.
• Coordinate pricing across CPS, MPS, FX, and Prepaid; manage margins and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, AML, and related policies and procedures.
• Follows account opening procedures and patterns of suspicious activity as required.
