Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to lead payer product strategy and commercialization. You will translate market insights and client needs into differentiated roadmaps and collaborate with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional teams to drive growth.

The role requires deep payer expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to influence across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maximize commercial impact and product value in a fast-paced healthcare analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy within healthcare technology, SaaS, or analytics serving payer organizations.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and health plan workflows.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; SQL is a plus.
• Experience launching and commercializing enterprise SaaS or healthcare analytics solutions for payer organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Define and own product strategy for payer offerings with 12–24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Product Leadership to set priorities and support annual planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to validate opportunities and drive adoption.
• Prioritize investments by evaluating market demand, differentiation, and ROI to maximize value.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for TPMs and Eng.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities and scalable operating models.
• Act as payer product SME, supporting development, client engagements, webinars, and GTM plans.
• Drive commercialization with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and GM collaboration.
