Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to lead payer product strategy and 12-24 month roadmaps, translating market needs into differentiated offerings in collaboration with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional partners.

You will drive market discovery, analyze opportunities, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to accelerate adoption and ensure compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strategic product leader with payer expertise and strong business acumen.
• Experience translating market insights into differentiated product strategies.
• Experience launching and commercializing enterprise SaaS or healthcare analytics solutions for payer organizations is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction of MedInsight's payer portfolio and 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, General Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to guide investments.
• Lead market discovery, competitive analysis, and market validation for new offerings.
• Develop go-to-market plans, positioning, and pricing strategies.
