Job summary

Syndio is seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to serve as a senior domain expert for our largest enterprise accounts. You will own the end-to-end implementation, deeply understanding pay and workplace equity, and translating analyses into measurable, global outcomes.

You'll work with VPs of Total Rewards and senior sponsors, lead complex multi-product migrations, and shape playbooks with Product and Engineering for scalable success.

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in pay equity, compensation, or total rewards.
• Significant experience implementing or managing enterprise SaaS customers, ideally the largest, most complex accounts.
• Strong project management and project-planning skills with ability to drive structure across long engagements.
• Ability to operate at global scale and navigate multi-region, matrixed organizations.
• Credible with senior stakeholders and VP/executive sponsors.
• Prior people-leadership experience or willingness to lead without direct reports.
• Passionate about closing pay and opportunity gaps and fairness in the workplace.
• Autonomy and resilience in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own 2–3 strategic enterprise accounts end to end.
• Partner daily with senior customer stakeholders (VPs of Total Rewards and executives).
• Perform pay equity analyses and interpret results for clients.
• Guide compensation and total‑rewards conversations with customers.
• Lead complex, multi‑product implementations and migrations.
• Translate insights into measurable, global-scale outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Marketing, and Engineering to scale playbooks.
