Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to lead strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of payroll across the United States and international regions. You will develop a high‑performing team, manage vendor relationships, and drive analytics for business decisions.

The role requires deep multi‑country payroll expertise, strong management skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑growing global organization.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience across regions.
• Strong experience managing and developing a payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end payroll operations across the U.S. and 10+ international countries, ~400 payrolls per year.
• Oversee global third‑party payroll vendors, SLAs, and statutory requirements.
• Lead cross‑regional process governance, standardization, and documentation for global payroll operations.
• Ensure pay policies, tax rules, and country compliance are applied consistently.
