Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to lead deployment of our SaaS solution for our largest accounts. You will drive technical integration between third-party vendors and DailyPay, guiding end-to-end implementation from pre-sales to go-live and ensuring flawless handoffs.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in SaaS implementation, excel at managing strategic executive relationships, and have hands-on API and sFTP experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SaaS implementation experience, ideally in fast-growth environments.
• Proven ability to manage demanding strategic accounts and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with data integration elements such as sFTP and API builds.
• Leadership in unit testing, UAT, and complex data validation to ensure system integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Integrations: Direct the technical aspects of DailyPay integrations for our most high-profile, strategic customers.
• Execute Deep Discovery: Perform comprehensive discovery sessions and build robust documentation to capture complex implementation requirements.
• Design Unique Technical Solutions: Conduct technical research to provide bespoke solutions for intricate and non-standard customer integrations.
• Support Strategic Sales: Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to assist with high-level pre-sales discussions and technical scoping.
• Mitigate Complex Risks: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless delivery for high-stakes accounts.
• Influence Product Development: Suggest new features and functionality based on implementation experience and direct feedback from our largest customers.
• Master Internal Processes: Become a specialist in our product suite, configuration options, and internal workflows to ensure technical excellence.
• Ensure Seamless Handoffs: Coordinate closely with Operations and Support teams to transition implementation details and nuances during the post-launch handoff.
