Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of our SaaS solution for top accounts. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle, partner with third-party vendors, and ensure seamless go-live through strong discovery, technical expertise, and executive relationship management.

The role emphasizes deep technical work, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations, and shaping implementation strategy for high-stakes customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ideally in early-stage products or rapidly growing companies.
• Ability to manage demanding strategic accounts and influence senior stakeholders (C-level).
• Hands-on experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including log review, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Experience leading unit testing, UAT, and complex data validation processes to ensure system integrity.
• Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Nice to have familiarity with HCM, Payroll, and Time Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical aspects of DailyPay integrations for high-profile customers.
• Perform comprehensive discovery sessions and document complex implementation requirements.
• Design bespoke technical solutions for non-standard integrations.
• Assist Sales with high-level pre-sales discussions and technical scoping.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on implementation experience from key accounts.
• Become a product suite specialist and optimize configuration options and internal workflows.
• Coordinate with Operations and Support for smooth post-launch handoffs.
