Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a forward-thinking Implementation Manager to join our rapidly growing company in New York City. This role leads the deployment of our SaaS solution for Small to Enterprise accounts, managing the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-sales to go-live.

You will build discovery, document requirements, and perform technical research to solve complex integrations, working with sales, operations, and support for a smooth post-launch handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation.
• Experience managing high-stakes accounts and C-level stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ability to set priorities in a changing environment.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT.
• Experience with sFTP automation and API builds.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Experience in early stage products, markets, and companies preferred.
• Occasional need to work outside normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of DailyPay integrations for Small to Enterprise customers.
• Perform comprehensive discovery and document the implementation requirements.
• Perform technical research to provide solutions for complex customer integrations.
• Become a specialist in our product, configuration, and internal processes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
• Work hand in hand with the sales team to assist with pre-sales and scoping discussions.
• Suggest new product features and functionality based on implementation experience and feedback from customers.
• Work closely with the operations and support teams to discuss implementation details and nuances during the post-launch handoff.
