Job summary

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Senior Patient Services Representative in Dallas. You will promote UT Southwestern as a leading provider of patient care, outcomes, safety and service, while coordinating training and supporting staff.

Daily work includes training responsibilities, front-desk interactions, patient escorts, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure smooth operations and responsive service to families and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (required).
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment and maintained during tenure (required).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Training Supervisor to ensure site training for Patient Service Representatives.
• Lead on-the-job training and monitor performance at assigned site.
• Greet patients and guests; provide escorts and assistance to ensure comfort and safety.
