UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Senior Patient Services Representative to promote patient-centered care, safety and service.

You will train staff, coordinate with supervisors, greet patients, provide directions and escorts, and coordinate with departments to meet patient needs. A high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and CPR within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment and CPR must be current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Training Supervisor to ensure staff training; assign tasks and review work.
• Provide on-the-job training at the assigned site and maintain consistent training practices.
• Greet patients and visitors, provide escorts and assistance to ensure comfort and safety.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about health services and campus facilities.
• Maintain current UT Southwestern information to answer questions and coordinate with departments as needed.
