Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of experience, and BLS certification with Notary Public within 120 days. Part-time weekends shift 9am–9pm; benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors and directs Patient Services Representatives at assigned site.
• Ensures staff training and site-specific training duties.
• Coaches and counsels staff to maintain service quality.
• Coordinates with supervisors to ensure operations and policy enforcement.
• Provides welcoming presence and escorts to patients and guests.
• Responds to inquiries and provides health-care information and directions.
