Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification must be current for duration of employment.
• Notary Public certification must be obtained within 120 days of employment and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors and directs Patient Services Representatives at assigned site for proper work habits and daily tasks.
• Assigns tasks to Patient Services Representatives and reviews accuracy of work completed.
• Ensures site-specific training duties are carried out in coordination with Training Supervisor.
• Works with Guest & Patient Services Operations Supervisors to meet business needs.
• Builds solid working relationships with all Patient Service Representatives.
• Coaches and counsels staff at their site as needed.
• Identifies and resolves problems timely and uses sound judgment.
• Coordinates with lead colleagues to ensure consistent operations across locations.
• Solves problems one-on-one or in groups with department supervisors.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to policies.
• Provides assistance with patient check-in at Guest and Patient Services desks across campus.
