Job summary

Texas Behavioral Health Center, part of UT Southwestern Medical Center, seeks a Patient Services Representative to promote exceptional patient care, safety and service on the Dallas campus. You’ll greet visitors, assist with check-in, and serve as a liaison between patients, families and staff.

The role supports campus operations with a focus on hospitality, information delivery and teamwork, Monday to Friday 12:00pm–9:00pm, in a high-demand hospital setting that emphasizes patient-centered care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of customer service experience is required.
• Heartsaver/CPR AED certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests at entrances; provide escorts and wheelchair assistance.
• Serve as liaison between patients, families and medical staff; provide hospitality.
• Answer inquiries and give directions to facilities and services.
• Maintain current UT Southwestern Campus information to respond to inquiries and requests.
• Assist Lead Patient Services Representatives to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies; arrive on time and be reliable.
