Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures for scheduling appointments and patient flow.
• Serve as Team Lead for Patient Service Representatives I & II; train staff.
• Ensure proper scheduling, insurance verification, and time-of-service payments collection.
• Promote customer service quality and resolve patient complaints.
• Represent Providers/Cost Center Members with internal departments and external partners.
