The role emphasizes accurate scheduling, front-d desk processes, and patient registration to ensure timely visits and proper billing.

Formación

• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and ICD-9 Coding.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-to-one and small groups.
• Strong math and numerical interpretation for billing and payments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop policies with Providers/Cost Center Members to schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Train junior Patient Service Representatives.
• Ensure accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and time-of-service collection.
