Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with patient access registration and scheduling.
• Completion of Patient Access training curriculum and competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule routine and add-on exams using the department system.
• Perform bedside registration for inpatients when appropriate.
• Collect and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Explain and collect co-payments and payments; support collection targets.
• Respond to patient portal work lists and inquiries.
