Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, registration and EMR systems is a plus.
• No licensure required; ability to communicate clearly with patients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient and provider calls, schedule appointments and register visits.
• Provide patients with paper and electronic tools for clinical and billing teams.
• Maintain patient privacy and follow SOPs for call center and clinic roles.
• Manage scheduling conflicts, verify demographics and insurance information.
• Support patient experience by delivering professional, timely service.
