Qualifications

• Four years of customer service experience, including two years in hospital registration.
• Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English to perform essential functions.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software programs.
• Knowledge of basic registration/insurance procedures and medical terminology.
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused service.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and record accurate demographic and insurance information from patients.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures; respond to questions professionally.
• Work across multiple areas and EHR queues for patient access.
• Contribute to patient experience; address issues and escalate when needed.
