Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record accurate demographic and insurance information for patients.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures; address questions professionally.
• Post and receipt patient payments; balance cash drawer daily.
• Ensure correct insurance plan codes are used for billing.
• Promote positive patient experience and address issues with timely escalation.
