• Four years of customer service experience including two years in hospital registration.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and navigate multiple software programs.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and EMTALA guidelines.
