Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments via phone and coordinate with scheduling departments.
• Assist with front desk registration and patient check-in.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure proper scheduling of services.
• Manage provider schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Possibly train and mentor new employees.
• Serve as an EMR super user and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist with obtaining prior authorizations when needed.
