Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital, clinic, medical office, business services/revenue cycle, or other customer service-related environment.
• Experience with front line registration, financial counseling, or scheduling is helpful.
• Strong data entry and computer skills with Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests, communicating throughout the medical experience.
• Explain insurance benefits and collect co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay portions.
• Research and resolve issues impeding registration of accounts and assist with quality assurance scores.
