Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months healthcare experience or 1 year customer service experience.
• Pass 2 week Patient Access Academy with 85%+ within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional patient experience using CARES, AIDET and EPE tools.
• Resolve complaints and de-escalate using key phrases and escalation when needed.
• Manage conflicts and request supervisor support as required.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits and liabilities.
• Ensure accounts are financially cleared at time of service.
• Perform patient registration including demographics and financial data entry.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Document actions accurately in the system of record.
• Maintain knowledge of CMS guidelines and admissions forms.
• Ensure MSPQ completion at time of service.
• Maintain productivity and data quality in daily work.
