Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Service Agent to oversee daily CS operations for contracted flights and charters. You will direct and train Customer Service Agents, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage schedules and reporting.

Ideal candidates have aviation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends as schedules vary.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the aviation industry.
• Ability to train and supervise Customer Service Agents.
• Knowledge of FAA/TSA security directives and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in Customer Service operations for flights and charters.
• Directs and trains assigned Customer Service Agents, including on-the-job training and safety training.
• Schedules OJT and maintains training records.
• Completes weekly deposits and daily sales reports and other requested reports.
• Troubleshoots agent and passenger issues and provides solutions.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA directives and company policies.
