Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking an experienced Lead Airline Ramp Agent to direct a shift on the airport ramp. You will lead, train, and motivate a team of ramp agents while actively participating in ground operations for commercial and charter flights.

You set the standard for safety, integrity, and customer service, and you will manage scheduling, training, and compliance with FAA/TSA rules. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required as flight schedules dictate hours.

Qualifications

• Prior ramp operations experience; demonstrated ability to lead or direct a team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to fulfill the requirements to obtain a SIDA (Secure Identification Display Area) badge and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and participate in Ramp Services operations for both scheduled flights and charter aircraft.
• Direct and train Ramp Services Agents, including onboarding and training records.
• Coordinate Ramp Services activities with air carrier personnel, station management, and TSA representatives.
• Operate and train on all ground service equipment and ensure safety and maintenance.
