Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Part-Time Passenger Service Agent to support live flight operations at the airport. You will be the face of the operation, delivering outstanding customer service for passengers using commercial and charter services, handling tickets, boarding, and special assistance as needed.

The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a high-pressure airport environment.
Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. as defined by the Immigration Act.
Must pass a background investigation and fingerprint-based security screening.

Responsibilities

Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on size/quantity, and assign seats.
Provide information on arrival/departure times, boarding procedures, regulations, and seating arrangements.
Handle denied boarding situations, recruit volunteers, and issue hotel/meal/taxi vouchers as appropriate.
Comply with FAA, airline and airport regulations at all times.
Assist customers with special needs, including boarding support.
Transport wheelchair passengers between counters, gates, and baggage areas.
Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and portable stairs for boarding/deplaning.
