Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the aviation industry is required.
• At least 6 months of experience equivalent to Airline Service Agent including ticketing and/or Ramp Services.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily Customer Service operations for both contracted commercial flights and charter aircraft.
• Train and supervise Customer Service Agents; maintain training records.
• Schedule OJT and prepare required reports; review flight schedules and coordinate with managers.
