Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to provide total customer service to travelers and charter clients. Responsibilities include attending to inquiries, processing tickets, checking baggage, and coordinating seating and boarding procedures.

In addition to passenger service, the role may involve ramp and aircraft cleaning duties, with emphasis on safety, security, and compliance with FAA and airport regulations.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Must be available to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a ten year background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Process customers' tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage, and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrivals/departures, boarding procedures, and seating arrangements.
• Handle denied boarding situations and arrange hotels, meals, and taxis when appropriate.
• Ensure FAA, Airline, and airport regulations are followed.
• Assist customers with special needs and wheelchair assistance.
