Qualifications

• Highly sought 1-year of experience in the aviation industry.
• Highly sought 6 months of experience must be equivalent to an Airline Service Agent to include ticketing and/or Ramp Services support.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in Customer Service and Ramp Services for contracted commercial flights and charter aircraft.
• Direct and train assigned Agents; conduct training, compliance, and safety sessions; maintain training records.
• Coordinate services with air carrier personnel, station managers, and TSA representatives as required for the shift.
• Operate and train on equipment around aircraft and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and TSA regulations, update MUFIDS, prepare written reports, and manage payments and supplies.
