Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Customer Service Duty Manager to oversee and direct the Customer Service department, monitor discipline, and ensure daily customer satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with leadership, TSA regulations, and airline partners to maintain security and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to lift 70 lbs as needed; a college degree or equivalent experience is desirable.

Qualificações

• Two to five years in management/supervisor roles in field service.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with airline policies and procedures is helpful.
• Ability to read, write and understand English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, direct and participate in Ramp/Ground and Customer Service ops.
• Direct and train Ground Operations Agents and Customer Service Agents.
• Coordinate activities with TSA, air carriers and station managers.
• Maintain training records and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare verbal and written activity reports and ensure billing tasks when needed.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
