Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead and grow large-scale assessment programs in a hybrid remote/office setting. You will collaborate with internal teams and client staff to design, implement, and scale assessment products and services, ensuring alignment with contracts, schedules, and budgets.

The role reports to a Lead, Partnership Management and requires strong program management, client relationship, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement.
• Experience in management in large-scale testing, preferably certification and licensing.
• Experience managing project and program contracts.
• 3 years in educational testing and assessment preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.
• Experience supervising staff planning, scheduling, and evaluating work.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage components of large-scale assessment activities, including development, administration, and scoring.
• Develop work plans and oversee schedules to meet deliverables.
• Provide quality control for products, processes, and activities.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate program status and outcomes.
• Support development of proposals, contracts, and statements of work.
• Apply best practices in assessment development and measurement.
• Represent client and corporate perspectives in decision-making.
