Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead and grow large-scale assessment programs in a hybrid remote/office setting. The role collaborates with client staff and internal teams to design, implement, and administer assessment products that meet client needs and Pearson standards.

The candidate will oversee program development, proposals, contracts, and schedules, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and delivery on time. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• 3 years of experience in educational testing and assessment preferred.
• Experience managing and supporting project & program contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Experience directing staff activities: planning, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating work.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and handle complex situations independently.
• Demonstrated analytic capability and knowledge of education policies.
