Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs in collaboration with internal teams and external clients. The role supports design, implementation, and ongoing management to meet client needs, reporting to a Lead, Partnership Management in a hybrid remote/office setting.

The incumbent will manage program activities, ensure quality control, and contribute to proposals and contract-specified

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• Experience in management of large-scale testing initiatives.
• Proven experience managing project & program contracts.
• 3 years of experience in the educational testing and assessment industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical and facilitation skills.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Leads as part of Leadership in partnership management and program delivery.
• Supports client staff relationships, ensuring alignment with goals, contracts, budgets and schedules.
• Advises clients and stakeholders to bring new products and services to market.
• Maintains ongoing client communications and manages expectations.
• Oversees development of work plans and quality controls across programs.
• Represents client and corporate perspectives in decision-making.
