Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead the development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs. The role collaborates with internal teams and clients to design and enhance assessment products and services, reporting to a Lead, Partnership Management.

This position offers a hybrid remote/office work format. The role emphasizes client relationship management, program leadership, and ensuring quality across products and services with travel

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree with a concentration in policy, assessment, or measurement (in education or a related field).
• Experience managing large-scale testing programs and contracts.
• 3 years of experience in educational testing and assessment preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff activities and managing client relationships.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Brings knowledge of large-scale assessment and measurement to the design and implementation of tests and program activities.
• Manages components of large-scale assessment activities including development, administration, and scoring.
• Oversees development of work plans and schedules to meet deliverables.
• Provides leadership in support of the Lead, Partnership Management and communicates program status.
• Maintains client relationships and ensures alignment with contract specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Contributes to development of proposals, contracts, amendments, and statements of work.
