Job summary

Pearson’s Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management leads development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs for clients. The role collaborates with internal teams to design and implement assessment products and services and with clients to grow programs to meet their needs.

This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-office collaboration and requires strong cross-functional and client-facing skills, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement.
• Experience managing large-scale testing and programs.
• Experience directing staff and project management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead components of large-scale assessment activities and ensure quality.
• Develop, administer, and score assessments for assigned programs.
• Manage client expectations and maintain ongoing communications.
• Provide regular program status updates to the Lead, Partnership Management.
• Support development of proposals and statements of work.
