Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead and grow large-scale assessment programs. You will collaborate with client staff and internal teams to design, implement, and administer assessment products, ensuring quality and alignment with contracts, schedules, and budgets.

The role involves travel up to 25% and hybrid work, reporting to a Lead, Partnership Management. Strong leadership, communication, and program-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• 3 years of experience in educational testing and assessment.
• Experience managing and supporting project & program contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Experience directing staff activities in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating work.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in support of the Lead, Partnership Management.
• Provide regular program status updates to the Lead, Partnership Management.
• Meet with the Lead and colleagues to review status and planning.
• Represent client and corporate perspectives in decision-making.
• Contribute to proposals, contracts, subcontracts, and statements of work to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Apply testing and measurement knowledge to design and implement tests meeting professional standards.
